Chinese Food Line
  • A system of conveyors is arranged to return the dough trimmings to a point at the feeding end of a cutting machine, usually either the laminator or sheeter hopper.
  • In some instances the trimmings are returned to the mixing room for re-mixing with fresh dough.
  • The conveyor is a narrow width belt alongside the cutting machine leaving the area above the units open to lift interchangeable parts into position.
