I am
pleased to write to you about our experiences with the Kang's Baking Mixer.
Michel's
Bakery has more than a half-century of experience baking cakes, pies, muffins
and pastries.
We use industrial size horizontal and vertical mixing equipment.
In October
2000, Michel's Bakery installed the Kang's Baking Model 425 Vertical Mixer
to replace a 340-quart AMF Glen Mixer.
As this was our first purchase of Taiwanese equipment, we surprised that the
delivery was timely without problems or delays from US Customs.
Due
to its efficient design, the Kang's Mixer requires less
floor and overhead space than similar mixers.
The installation was extremely simple. The Kang's
mixer has continued to run successfully without any
issues whatsoever.
Our
mixing personnel are extremely satisfied with the quiet,
simple operation. We find that we can reduce
our mixing times yet improve incorporation of ingredients due to the
beater design and the bowl scraping blade.
Our
plant engineer is extremely pleased with the simple design and operation.
All of the electrical/electronic components are readily
available in the United States. Preventive maintenance on the mixer
is easily performed.
We are
extremely happy with our purchase of the Kang's Mixer, and would definitely
consider purchasing other Kang's Mixers for our future needs. We find it rare
when any new equipment is up and running right out of the box!
